The hotel seemed nice from the outside, but once we got in, it was a completely different story. The room felt like a sewage farm with mosquitoes everywhere, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable, and the bathroom was covered in mold. Even the supposedly white towels were yellow and stained. We couldn't bear another minute and requested a refund, but that was a straight 'No' without a chance to talk to the manager.
